How to Suspend or Resume Feeding on My PetSafe® 5 Meal Pet Feeder

When suspending or resuming feeding, all scheduled meals will be affected. Meals cannot be suspended or resumed on an individual basis.

Suspended Feeding is continuous and does not reset at the start of a new day. The feeder will stay paused until you resume the feeding.

Press and hold the suspend feeding button for 7 seconds, then release. The suspend feeding icon will appear in the upper right corner of the display.

If the suspend feeding icon does not appear, the button was released before 7 seconds passed. Press and hold again, ensuring the button is held for a minimum of 7 seconds before releasing.
If the mute icon appears, the button was held for 10 seconds or longer. This icon is for a function that was not included on this model. It has no effect on the feeder’s operation. If you would like to remove the icon from the screen, press and hold the Suspend Feeding button for 10 seconds, then release.

Press the clock button. The suspend feeding icon will disappear from the upper right corner of the display.
