How to Replace the PetSafe® NanoBark™ Collar Strap
Before you begin, you will need a small tool like a flathead screwdriver or pointed nail file.
Locate the rectangle retention caps at each end of the bark collar unit.
Cover one edge of the retention cap with your thumb to ensure it is not lost. Use the tool to lift the side of the retention cap that is closest to the PetSafe® logo. You can then remove the cap and set it to the side.
Note: If your cap does not easily lift, try bending the bark unit slightly or use a different tool.
Holding the bark unit still with one hand, use the other hand to firmly grasp the collar strap and twist the “T” shaped tab away from the bark unit.
Repeat the above steps on the other end of the strap as well.
To attach the new strap, place the tab of the new strap behind the rectangle cut out on the collar and press into place.
Snap the retention cap into place and repeat steps 4 and 5 on the other end of the collar strap.
