How to Replace the Flaps of the Extreme Weather Sliding Glass Pet Door™

Large: Three Holes

Medium: Two Holes

Flap wear can be caused by seasonal weather changes, your pet’s routine, and duration of use.

Remove the screws and nuts from the bracket holding the flaps in place.

Important: Do not misplace the screws and nuts. New ones are not included with a new flap unit.

Pull down on the flap set to remove the flaps and bracket from the frame.

Slide the flap unit out of the bracket. Insert a new set of flaps back into the bracket.

Important: Keep the metal flap bracket. A new one is not included with a replacement flap unit.

Replace the bracket in the pet door.

Secure the bracket in the frame using the nuts and screws.
