How To Replace the Batteries in My PetSafe® Pawz Away® 2.0 Indoor Wireless Pet Barrier
Important Information
- The batteries in the indoor base puck will last up to 8 months depending on usage.
- Use 3 alkaline AA batteries. Do not use lithium, zinc-carbon or rechargeable batteries as this can cause issues with the indoor base puck and signal.
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
Remove the battery compartment cover on the back of the indoor base puck.
Remove the old batteries and recycle or discard.
Install 3 alkaline AA batteries. Ensure they are inserted in the correct direction. There are plus and minus indicators on each slot to show which direction.
Replace the battery compartment cover on the back of the indoor base puck.
Press the up (+) button on the front of the indoor base puck to power the it on.
