How to Perform a Battery Drain on a PetSafe® Brand Fence Collar
Remove the battery from the unit.
Press and hold the power/correction level button for 20 seconds.
Inspect the inside of the collar for corrosion. If there is corrosion present, contact Customer Care for further assistance.
Gently lift the battery tab. If there is a spring and not a tab as pictured, do not try to lift it.
Insert a new battery and power the collar on.
