How To Disassemble and Clean My PetSafe® Hydrosphere™ 60oz Stainless Steel Fountain
Important Information

- The bowl, splash guard, and tray are top-rack dishwasher-safe.
- The pump is not dishwasher safe and must be hand washed.
- The fountain base is not waterproof or submersible. Wipe it with a cloth only.
- If there is mineral buildup in the bowl, tray or pump, soak the parts in a 50/50 solution of water and white vinegar for at least 15 minutes, then scrub.
Press and release the power button to power off the fountain.

Lift the tray by the tabs on the rubber gaskets at the center. Allow any water in the tray to pour into the bowl.

Remove the splash guard by lifting it from the bowl.

Lift the pump from the bowl. You may feel resistance due to its magnetic connection.

Remove the bowl from the fountain base and pour out any leftover water.

Wash the bowl, splash guard, and tray by hand or in the top rack of the dishwasher.

Wipe the fountain base with a damp cloth. The base is not waterproof or submersible. Do not use cleaners or harsh chemicals on it.

Reassemble the pump and replace the filter.
