How to Determine PetSafe® Brand Containment Collar Compatibility
Compatibility is determined by the radio frequency that the system uses to operate. If the collars are not the same frequency as the wall unit, they will not work together. Products are only compatible if they are in the same color column.
Part numbers are located on the back of the wall/base unit and between the contact points of the collar.
