How to Clean Your Happy Ride® Booster Seat
Disassemble
If the booster seat is installed on a bucket seat, unbuckle the lower strap.
Unbuckle the seat belt and remove from the booster seat.
Lift the headrest strap over your vehicle’s headrest.
Unfasten the headrest strap by sliding it through the buckle.
Lift up on the fabric liner to release the hook and loop fasteners. Pull the headrest straps and safety leash through the slits in the liner.
Remove the liner.
Clean
Wipe the basket, safety leash and straps with a damp cloth.
Wash the fabric liner with cold water and line dry.
Note: The fabric liner can be cleaned in a washing machine.
Reassemble
Insert the fabric liner.
Pull the headrest straps and safety leash through the slits in the liner.
Press the hook and loop fasteners on the liner and basket together to secure the liner.
Important: Make sure all parts are completely dry before reassembling.
Install in Vehicle
Refasten the headrest strap.
Loop the headrest strap over your vehicle’s headrest. Adjust until the seat is the desired height.
Run your vehicle’s seat belt through the loops on the back of the seat and buckle.
Important: Refer to your vehicle’s manual for information on locking the seat belt. This is typically found with information regarding child restraint installation.
If attaching to a bucket seat, fasten the lower strap snugly around the back of the seat.
If attaching to a bucket seat, fasten the lower strap snugly around the back of the seat.
