How to Clean the PetSafe® Healthy Pet Water Station

Twist reservoir counterclockwise a quarter turn to remove it from the base.

Unscrew the reservoir cap and pour out any remaining water.

If applicable, remove the filter from the reservoir cap. Rinse the filter using cold water and replace every 6-8 weeks.

• Shake the filter vigorously a few times to avoid any charcoal clumps from settling.

Hand wash components using a mild dish soap and rinse thoroughly. Dishwasher safe when using low or no heat.

• If you’re experiencing buildup inside the reservoir or bowl, soak in a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and warm water for about 30 minutes. Clean with mild dish soap and rinse thoroughly.
