How To Choose the Right Size PetSafe® SmartDoor™ Connected Pet Door
Important Information
If more than one pet will be using the door, take the measurements of your largest pet.
Your pet should be standing comfortably while being measured. Determine the height of your pet's chest by measuring from their back above the shoulder to the lowest point of the ribcage.
Determine the width of your pet's chest by measuring from side to side across the front of the chest.
Once you have these two measurements, compare them to the chart to determine the size of the door needed.
Ensure that both measurements meet the size requirements. If your pet’s measurements fit two different sizes in the chart, select the size that best fits their height.
