How To Charge My PetSafe® NanoBark™ 2.0 Collar
When To Charge

When you power the collar on, it should flash green every 5 seconds, indicating a full charge. If your collar flashes red instead of green, it is time to charge the collar.
Charge The Collar

Plug the end of the charger into a USB-A wall outlet or adaptor first.
Align the magnets at the other end of the charger with the metal contacts on the back of the NanoBark™ collar. The collar will glow green while charging.
Leave the bark collar plugged in until it is fully charged. This takes about 2 hours.
Remove the collar only when the collar light is out, indicating the charge is complete.
Important: Do not remove the collar before the charge is complete.
Power the collar on to resume normal operation. For more information, visit How To Power My PetSafe® NanoBark™ 2.0 Collar On and Off.
Get the Most Out of Your Battery
- Turn off the collar between uses to preserve the battery. To do this, press and hold the power button until the bark collar beeps high to low and the light flashes red.
- Expect an average battery life of 7 days of use, though this may vary depending on how often your pet barks.
- Charge the unit only when it flashes red every 5 seconds to indicate a low battery. Avoid overcharging, as it shortens the life of the battery.
- Charge the collar once a month if you plan to store it for long periods of time.
