How To Charge My PetSafe® Hydrosphere™ 60oz Cordless Fountain
Important Information
- The fountain arrives partially charged. Fully charge it before use.
- The power light glows solid red when the battery is low.
Flip the fountain base over and pull the rubber cover from the charging port.
Insert the charging cord into the charging port. If you plan to continue using the fountain while it is charging, weave the cord through the channel so the base can sit flat.
Plug the other end of the charging cord into a 5V, 2A USB-A adaptor or outlet.
Allow the base to fully charge. While charging, the power light pulses blue and will change to solid blue when charging is complete. The water level light will pulse red with the bowl removed.
If you plan to continue using the fountain while it is charging, return the base to its upright position and assemble the fountain. When plugged in, the fountain will continuously flow.
Once fully charged, unplug the fountain and replace the rubber charge port cover. Place the fountain anywhere in your home, then press and release the power button to power it on.
When operating on battery power, the fountain automatically switches to a motion-detected flow mode to conserve energy. In this mode, the pump turns on when your pet approaches the fountain and turns off when not in use. A built-in UVC light helps keep the water fresh even when the pump is off.
