How to Change the Subscription for My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS + Tracking Collars

You must edit each collar subscription, individually.

Sign in to your PetSafe® account using your email address.

If you do not already have an account, create one with the same email used when setting up the subscription. For more information, visit How to Set Up a Subscription for My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS + Tracking Collars.

Go to the Subscriptions tab.

Scroll down to the desired LTE subscription and tap Manage Subscription.

Under Billing Frequency, use the dropdown menu to change your plan to monthly or yearly.

Then press Save Changes.

Please note that when you switch payment frequencies, you will not be billed until the end of the current plan and no refunds will be given. For example, if you change from yearly to monthly, you will not be billed monthly until your yearly subscription ends.
