How to Change the Payment Information for My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS + Tracking Collar Subscription
You must edit payment information for each collar subscription, individually.
Sign in to your PetSafe® account using your email address.
If you do not already have an account, create one with the same email used when setting up the subscription. For more information, visit How to Set Up a Subscription for My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS + Tracking Collars.
Go to the Subscriptions tab.
Scroll down to the desired LTE subscription and tap Manage Subscription.
Under Payment Method, use the dropdown menu to select your preferred payment method.
If you have a new card you would like to add, you can select Edit and update the payment information.
Then press Save Changes.
