How To Change the Litter Tray in My PetSafe® ScoopFree® Crystal Pro Self-Cleaning Litter Box

Remove the hood from the litter box.

Remove the old tray by lifting your ScoopFree® litter box from the front using the handle to an upright position and pull out the old tray.

Remove the tray lid from under the tray and close it over the tray. Dispose of the tray in your trash bin.

You may want to tape the lid closed or place it in a trash bag before disposal.

Unwrap your replacement tray. Lift the lid off the tray and place the tray within the lid. Open and pour the entire bag of crystal litter into the tray, spreading it out evenly. You should also put a handful of litter into the waste trap part of the tray.

Place the new tray in front of your litter box. Lower your litter box down over the tray, making sure the magnets on the waste trap cover click onto the magnets on the litter tray. 

Once you replace the litter tray, the health counter will automatically reset.
