How to Change the Correction Level on My PetSafe® Rechargeable In-Ground Fence™ Collar
Important Information
Level 1 is a training level, which is tone only. Set the collar to level 2 or higher for static stimulation and tone.
Ensure the collar is powered on by confirming the indicator light is flashing.
Press and release the collar button one time and count the number of flashes. This shows the current collar level. (1 flash indicates level 1, 2 flashes indicate level 2, and so on).
Press and release the button again within 5 seconds to increase the correction by one level. Continue to press and release the button, waiting each time for the light to flash the level before pressing again, until you reach the desired level.
- Level 1: Training, tone only
- Levels 2-5: Static correction
If you need a lower level, continue to increase the levels past the highest, level 5, to cycle back down to level 1.
