How to Change the Collar Level of the Classic In-Ground Fence™

The Classic In-Ground Fence™ collar has eight different levels to choose from. The first level is a tone and vibration only mode, and the next 7 levels are static stimulation.

When adjusting the static stimulation level on the collar, look for signs of recognition from your pet. Such as:

  • Flicking of the ears
  • Looking around
  • Tilting of the head

Changing the level of your collar is quick and easy to do. Ensure the collar is charged prior to adjusting the level.

Continue pressing the mode button within 8 seconds of the last press until the collar is set to your desired level.

Once you have set your desired collar level, put the collar back onto your pet.

Monitor your pet to ensure he is responding to the new collar level.

We recommend increasing the static stimulation level one level at a time. Allow your dog to adjust to each level and only increase if he is not responding to the static stimulation.
