How To Change My Payment Information for the PetSafe® Guardian® GPS 2.0 Dog Fence + Tracking Collar Subscription
You must edit the payment information for each collar subscription individually.
Sign in to your PetSafe® account using your email address.
If you do not already have an account, create one with the same email used when setting up the subscription. For more information, visit How To Set Up a Subscription for My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS 2.0 Dog Fence + Tracking Collars.
Go to the Subscriptions tab.
Scroll down and find the desired LTE subscription and tap Manage Subscription.
Under Payment Method, use the drop-down menu to select your preferred payment method.
If you have a new card you would like to add, you can select Edit and update the payment information.
Then press Save Changes.
