How To Adjust the Correction Level on My PetSafe® Guardian® GPS Connected Customizable Fence Collar
Secure your pet and remove their collar before continuing.
Remove the collar from the pet.
Place the collar next to the base unit.
Open the My PetSafe® App on your phone.
Select your pet’s profile.
Select Edit.
Ensure the static selection is turned on and blue.
Select the desired correction level by pressing the + or – button. Select the lowest correction level needed for your pet to respond. Pets with a high prey drive or stubborn temperament may need higher levels of correction, but it is best to start low and work to higher levels if needed.
Tap Save.
“Save” will not be selectable until a change has been made.

Once the update is complete, select Okay.
