How to Adjust My PetSafe® Automatic Ball Launcher

Important Information

The ball launcher comes set to the lowest settings. Always adjust your settings before use.

The ball launcher is recommended for outdoor use. Indoor use is only recommended at the owner’s discretion. If using indoors, keep the following in mind:

• Be sure you have plenty of room for your dog to chase the ball indoors.
• Clear away any obstacles that could get in the way of your dog playing.
• Do not use the Ball Launcher near delicate or breakable items.
• If your dog has long nails, be aware of damage that may occur to a carpet or wood floor.
• Do not use the Ball Launcher on a surface that could potentially be damaged.
• For best use indoors, use the lowest angle and distance setting.

Distance

The distance is controlled by the knob that looks like a ball. To adjust, pull the knob out and rotate. Release the knob to set the distance. Ensure the knob locks into a notch and cannot rotate without pulling it out.

To increase the distance, rotate the knob to the left (counterclockwise).

To decrease the distance, rotate the knob to the right (clockwise).

Angle

The angle is controlled by the knob that looks like a paw. To adjust, pull the knob out and rotate. Release the knob to set the distance. Ensure the knob locks into a notch and cannot rotate without pulling it out.

To increase the angle, rotate the knob to the left (counter-clockwise).

To decrease the angle, rotate the knob to the right (clockwise).
