How To Acclimate My Pet to the PetSafe® Hydrosphere™ 60oz Stainless Steel Fountain
When you introduce the PetSafe® Hydrosphere™ 60oz Stainless Steel Fountain, your pet may be cautious around the new object. After you set up the fountain, allow your pet to adjust at its own pace. Some pets may take several days or longer to begin using the fountain.
Your pet may prefer the fountain to be placed away from its usual feeding area. Try placing it somewhere else, such as the laundry room, bathroom, or a corner of the kitchen.
- If your pet continues to be cautious around the fountain, try leaving it powered off until your pet is comfortable drinking from it.
To power it off, press and release the power button on the base. - Once your pet is comfortable drinking from the fountain, turn it on and allow time for your pet to adjust while it is running.
To power it on, press and release the power button on the base. The power light will glow solid blue.
