App Can’t Find Your Charging Base

Confirm that the Charging Base is plugged in and pulsing blue.

Make sure your phone is within 5 feet of the Charging Base to ensure it is in range for connection.

Confirm that Bluetooth permissions enabled under Settings on your phone.

Force close your app and reopen. Retry searching for the Charging Base.

If the app is still unable to find your Charging Base, contact our customer care.


App Can’t Find Your Tracker

Remove the Tracker from the Charging Base and place it back onto the Charging Base.

Check the Tracker and Charging Base for physical damage.
