App Can’t Find My Tracker or Charging Base - PetSafe® GPS Cat Tracker
App Can’t Find Your Charging Base
Confirm that the Charging Base is plugged in and pulsing blue.
- There is about a 5-second delay from the time the Charging Base is plugged in and the time the Charging Base light turns on.
- If there is another light, visit What Do the Lights Mean on My PetSafe® GPS Cat Tracker and Charging Base?
- If the Charging Base does not have power, visit Tracker or Charging Base Has No Lights or Power - PetSafe® GPS Cat Tracker.
Make sure your phone is within 5 feet of the Charging Base to ensure it is in range for connection.
Confirm that Bluetooth permissions enabled under Settings on your phone.
Force close your app and reopen. Retry searching for the Charging Base.
If the app is still unable to find your Charging Base, contact our customer care.
App Can’t Find Your Tracker
Remove the Tracker from the Charging Base and place it back onto the Charging Base.
- Make sure the charging contacts on the Tracker and Charging Base are aligned.
- The Tracker lights up and emits a tone to indicate it is making a good connection.
- If the Tracker does not light up and tone on the Charging Base, visit Will Not Charge or Will Not Hold a Charge - PetSafe® GPS Cat Tracker.
Check the Tracker and Charging Base for physical damage.
- If there is any damage, contact our customer care.
