Acclimating Your Cat to the Simply Clean® Automatic Litter Box
Your cat may need time to acclimate to the new Simply Clean® Automatic Litter Box. Follow the steps below to make this process easier.
Place the old litter box next to the new litter box for at least a week. Timing will vary depending on your cat’s learning habits.
Keep the new litter box unplugged for the first week and scoop waste manually.
Stop cleaning the old litter box to make the new litter box more appealing to your cat.
Remove the old litter box when your cat consistently uses the new litter box. Then, plug the new litter box into a standard electrical outlet.
