Change Adaptor and Outlet

Plug the charger into a different wall outlet and look for a light to come on the collar

Plug the charging cable into a different wall adapter. If you are not using a wall adaptor, plug the charging cable into a different USB port or outlet.

Confirm the Remote is Charging

Plug the charger into the remote. The battery icon should display on the screen and cycle the bars in the battery. If the remote indicates it is charging, take the charger from the remote and connect to the collar.

If both collar and remote are not charging, please contact our customer care.

Check the Collar’s Charging Port

Inspect the charging port on the collar. Shine a bright light into the opening and confirm that both metal pins are intact. Make sure the charging port is clear of any dirt or debris.

Do NOT attempt to charge if your collar is missing one or both metal pins in the charging port.
