My PetSafe® 100 Yard Remote Trainer Collar Is Not Charging
Change Adaptor and Outlet
Plug the charger into a different wall outlet and look for a light to come on the collar
Plug the charging cable into a different wall adaptor. If you are not using a wall adaptor, plug the charging cable into a different USB port or outlet.
Confirm the Remote is Charging
Plug the charger into the remote. The battery icon should be displayed on the screen, and the bars should cycle in the battery. If charging, disconnect the charger and connect it to the collar.
If neither the collar nor the remote charges, this indicates an issue with the charging cable. Contact Customer Care for a replacement or purchase a new one HERE.
Check the Collar’s Charging Port
Inspect the charging port on the collar. Shine a bright light into the opening and confirm that both metal pins are intact. Make sure the charging port is clear of any dirt or debris.
Do NOT attempt to charge if your collar is missing one or both metal pins in the charging port.
